Transformation
Global liquidation and relaunch across 15 countries
We led the downsizing, recovery, and relaunch of a private equity–backed organisation following a significant corporate incident. The programme required full legal entity liquidation and re-incorporation across 15 jurisdictions, alongside the re-establishment of critical infrastructure and governance.
Our work included rebuilding core business functions — HR, Technology, Risk, ESG, Procurement, and Marketing & Communications — as well as restoring banking relationships and operational resilience. The organisation was stabilised, repositioned, and equipped to scale again with a strengthened operating model.

Regulatory Reporting Transformation
Axiom tool deployment
Our teams delivered an end-to-end regulatory reporting transformation for a leading financial services organisation, managing the programme from vendor selection through to implementation and operational readiness.
We led the RFP process, defined business and regulatory requirements, and oversaw the implementation and integration of the AxiomSL reporting platform across finance, risk and operational systems. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, we established robust governance, data quality controls and streamlined reporting processes.
The programme delivered a scalable and resilient regulatory reporting capability, reducing manual effort, improving auditability and enabling the organisation to respond efficiently to evolving regulatory requirements.

Governance and Risk Management
Design and implementation of a group-wide risk framework
For a global cyber security business, we designed and embedded a comprehensive risk management framework aligned to strategic objectives. We delivered the organisation’s first enterprise-wide risk report, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board, and establishing a clear action plan.
We built a proportionate, sustainable risk capability, trained internal teams, and transitioned ownership to ensure the function was fully embedded and aligned with growth ambitions.

Privacy & Data
Global privacy programme across 50 territories
We delivered an end-to-end global privacy and data protection programme spanning 50 jurisdictions — from regulatory requirements definition through implementation and operational embedding.
This included the rollout of a global training and awareness campaign adopted across the organisation. The programme received multiple international awards, and elements of the campaign were recognised and distributed via the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
